A Song for a Colleague's Promotion — Office Jokes Included

Turn one sentence into a finished song for a colleague's promotion — lyrics, music, ready to play and share in minutes.

You need a gift for a colleague who just got promoted. Something better than a card, faster than a video montage. With jhoom.baby, you type one sentence — say, "upbeat desi pop song for Priya's promotion, mention her love of chai and her victory over the printer" — and a few minutes later you have a full song with lyrics and music you can play at the office, share on the team chat, or download.

What to put in your idea

The more specific you are, the more the song sounds like it was made for them, not for anyone. Include:

• Their name and role. "For Rohan, who just became team lead" gives the song a target.
• One or two inside jokes. The time they fixed the coffee machine, their catchphrase, the project that almost broke everyone.
• A genre that fits the office mood. Upbeat desi pop for a loud team, gentle acoustic folk for a small quiet group, EDM if you want people to laugh and dance.
• A detail about the promotion itself. The new title, the team they're inheriting, the city they're moving to.

Keep it to one or two sentences. The studio works best when you give it a clear picture, not a long brief.

Ready-made ideas you can use

• "Gentle acoustic folk song for [name] moving to the [city] office, thank them for three years of fixing our spreadsheets and wish them luck."

• "Warm pop song for [name]'s farewell-turned-promotion, mention their love of chai and the way they ran the Monday stand-up."

Pick one, swap in the real details, and hit generate. You'll have a song before the cake is cut.
